✨ ROLL & RELEASE WORKSHOP ✨

Join us Sunday, September 13th at 10:30 AM for a deeply restorative workshop designed to help you release tension, soften tight muscles, and reconnect with your body.

We’ll combine mindful yoga postures with myofascial release using therapy balls to target areas of tension and restriction throughout the body. Myofascial release can help improve mobility and flexibility, increase circulation, reduce muscle tension, and create a greater sense of ease in the body. 🌿

Come roll, release, breathe, and leave feeling lighter and more spacious.

That summer weather is back, so now feels like a good time to remind you that is BACK on May 31st. All summer long, join us at Wickersham Park both Saturday and Sundays at 10am. This is a gorgeous outdoor all-levels class where we welcome yogis, newbies, kids, pets and more. It’s also donation based and our way to give back to the community! Mark the calendar and join us under the trees 🌲
