Our annual MURPH workout is this Monday at 9am!
Free for everyone!

If you’ve never done this workout, don’t worry. There will be multiple scaling options for your fitness level.

Come down, workout, and hang out after! There will be snacks & LMNT!

No other classes on Monday.
Back to normal schedule Tuesday.

Our May member spotlight is Celena!

Celena has been crushing it in 2026. She’s one of our most consistent members. She recently PR’d her deadlift at 235! I can’t wait to see what she does the rest of this year! 👏

Celena has been coming to the gym for about 4 years.

Her favorite exercises are curls and bench press.

She doesn’t have a least favorite exercise.

Her favorite part of the gym is the community.

Our April member spotlight is Priscilla!

Priscilla started at the gym back in February and has been crushing it every week.

Oh, and not to mention her March win of “arresting a murder suspect” might be an all time top win.

What’s your favorite exercise?
Deadlifts.

What’s your least favorite exercise?
Pull-ups. Although I’m trying to get better at them!

What’s your favorite part about the gym?
The atmosphere and supportive community. Having a group of people who are all trying to get better is motivating.
