North Bay Rowing Club strives to be a place where rowers of all ages and skill levels, from Juniors to Novice to Masters, can improve, either with training alone, or with training and racing. We have a growing Juniors program where we support youth from middle school through high school, and a Masters program whose entry points are Learn To Row, private lessons, or, if you are an individual returning to rowing, a check-in process that will allow you to find your place in our programs.

Tomorrow we row!

Check in opens at 5:30 am at North Bay Rowing Club.
Park and prepare boats in the Foundry Wharf lot (625 2nd Street, Petaluma, CA)
NBRC will provide bow numbers to affix to your boat. You will also receive a bib number to affix to your bow person. Please take note of your number. It will aid greatly in start timing and accurate time keeping.

For the benefit of the Full Marathon participants, we operate the race in two shifts. Barring delay due heavy fog the schedule will be as follows . . .

Full Marathon: Safety Meeting at 6:10am, launching immediately thereafter.
Half Marathon: Safety Meeting at 7:00am, launching after in groups as directed.

Our pre-marathon boatyard workday was a huge success! Turnout was so strong that there’s simply no way to name everyone who showed up and pitched in, so please know that whether you swung a rake, ran a pressure washer, hauled debris, or just showed up ready to help, this week’s progress happened because of you.
