Kaiser MotorSports raced Silver Dollar Speedway - Chico Ca on Friday night with the Hunt Magnetos Wingless Tour. We rolled out of the trailer firing on all 8 cylinders…the car was fast and the setup was on point.

There was 26 cars for Fridays night race and Matthew qualified 2nd fast.

In the heat, he would start 4th and fight his way to a 2nd place finish.

The A-main is setup off a pill draw and we pulled the 8, meaning we would start 8th for the main. On the start, Matthew hammered it and started to make moves forward passing 2 cars. On the 2nd lap, a car going into turn 1 got crossed up and Matthew couldn't avoid him, got collected in the spin out and another car behind him smashed into Matthew, bending and breaking some parts on the front end that would ultimately end our Friday night.

The night may have ended on a bad note, but we came out with confidence in our speed and are excited to be at Placerville Speedway on June 13th.

Kaiser MotorSports raced at Merced speedway last Saturday. It was our first time there but won't be are last. Matthew loved the track, it was smooth and fast with 2 to 3 groves of racing at times. The team has been struggling the last 3 races with a carburetor issue but it seems like we have it figured out and Matthew was on the loud pedal. He qualified 11th out of 17 cars which put him starting 7th in the heat. After 8 laps he finished P4. In the main, Matthew started 10th and he would have to drive his tail off if he wanted to get to the front. After all was said and done, Matthew came home with a P6 finish in the main. He and the team were ecstatic!! The hard work we all put in to fix the carb issue had paid off and it showed on the track.

Sunday was a day of cleaning….and after a little bit of dragging butt from still being tired from the race and the drive home, we are ready to go for Silver Dollar Speedway this Friday!
