Originally from Mexico, Eddie founded TACOS DON PEPE in 2021 with his family, bringing traditional and vegan Mexican cuisine to Petaluma. He sources organic, locally grown produce and meats from small farmers, creating flavorful tacos, tapas, salsas, and aguas frescas. Eddie works alongside his mom, who shapes the tortillas by hand, and his two sisters, making every meal with care and a whole lot of heart.
A Yoga Hell member since 2021, Eddie brings serious energy, a big smile, and plenty of charm to the hot room and to his taco stand.
