This morning I checked out a different east side hiking trail for the next Trail Tranquility. It was a beautiful morning - saw a snake, a gorgeous blue bird, and some deer. Apparently an eagle family lives there but I missed seeing one flying overhead. I also ran into my kids’ preschool teacher which was really lovely!

Stress has a way of building in your body, impacting sleep, available energy, hormones, and overall well-being. Restorative Yoga is a powerful antidote, inviting your nervous system to downshift, your mind to become quieter, and your body to TRULY rest.

Join me May 15–17 at Hippie Soul in Falcon for a Restorative Yoga Teacher Training designed to explore both the science and the art behind this deeply healing practice. You’ll learn how to thoughtfully sequence and hold space for others while creating experiences that support true restoration.

As the weekend is plentiful with Restorative practices, you will feel the impact in your own body, leaving refreshed, balanced, and grounded.

Whether you’re a teacher looking to expand your offerings or someone who simply wants to understand the power of rest more deeply, this training will meet you there.
