Prepping for the week? Here is a high-fiber, refreshing fruit salad. Just add a tablespoon of honey and chia seeds and youโ€™re good to go.

Here are a few tips to help you reset and prepare for a new week of greatness.

- โ˜€๏ธ Get outside with some Vitamin D and clear your mind. Be intentional and thankful for movement.

- ๐Ÿ— Pick 1 protein (chicken, tofu, beef), 2 veggies (broccoli, Brussel sprouts, greens bean), and fruit (green apples, bananas, oranges, grapes)

-๐Ÿ—ฃ Be intentional (I will walk every day this week, I will do 20 mins of self-care 3x this week, I will drink at least 2 bottles of water every day)
