A little late, but definitely worth celebrating! 😌

August 15 was National Relaxation Day, and while we missed the date, we know our runners and walkers can appreciate this reminder:

🏃‍♀️ Training is important.
💪 Working toward your goals is important.
😌 But rest and recovery are important, too!

As you train for the 2027 USA FIT Resolution Race, remember to give your body time to recover. A rest day isn’t being lazy. It’s part of the training!

So take a little time today to relax, recharge, and get ready for your next run. ❤️
