🍪🎨 Sweet memories in the making! 🎨🍪

We had such a fun time decorating cookies with the amazing Pre-K 3 and Pre-K 4 students at Palmer Elementary! ❤️ From colorful icing to lots of sprinkles, our students enjoyed sharing smiles, creativity, and plenty of sweet treats! 😋✨

🌟 Another AWESOME Community Day! 🌟

We started by reviewing financial literacy in the classroom 💵📚 and then took those skills into the community with a grocery shopping trip to Walmart! 🛒 Our students practiced budgeting, making choices, comparing prices, and even purchasing their own snacks! 💳🍪

After all that hard work, we cooled off with some delicious rasps from SnowWiz! 🍧😋 A HUGE thank you to SnowWiz for being such an awesome community partner and always supporting our students! 💙

Learning + independence + community = a GREAT day! 🙌

Another busy week at PTI! 💙🙌 We continued securing job sites, learned how to use the Cricut and sublimate tumblers 🎨🥤, and had some fun ways to get moving in the gym! 💪🏽🏀

🌟 First Day Out = SUCCESS! 🌟

What a great way to kick things off! 🙌 We secured new job site partners, got our hands dirty with horticulture by prepping the ground for planting 🌱, and continued reinforcing our money management skills 💵.

A New Chapter for Edgar!

Today, we proudly celebrate Edgar as he begins his first day as an official PSJA ISD employee with the College Readiness Department!

Edgar graduated from PTI in June 2026, and seeing his workforce readiness training come full circle is exactly what our program is all about preparing students for meaningful employment, independence, and a future with purpose.

Congratulations, Edgar, and to all our PTI graduates who are now working and running a becoming contributing members of our community. This is the ultimate goal!

💵🛒 First Community Day of the New School Year! 🎉

We had a great first Community Day! Our students started the day in the classroom learning and practicing important money management skills. 💰🧮

Then, we took those skills to the gym, where students got some hands-on practice at different store stations! 🛍️ Students worked on making purchases, counting money, making choices, and using real-world skills in a fun and engaging environment.

Of course, we had to finish things off with a tasty lunchtime snack—nachos! 🧀😋

It was a fun and productive day filled with learning, independence, and real-life experiences. What a great way to kick off our Community Days for the new school year! 💙📚✨
