The time has come!!! Our annual Mile a Day May challenge is here!
Starting Wednesday our athletes will be faced with the challenge of running one mile every day for the entire month. This has been a fan favorite for YEARS.

Week one is here! Our first Friday Night Lights is this Friday from 4:30-7:30pm (or until we feel like it)!
For week 1 we’re encouraging all participants to rep swag from their favorite gym, CFDS!
We’ll have a professional photographer in the building snapping 📸 and we need a big group pic!
Remember: for our in-house competition you earn points for showing up on Friday nights (1), for doing the workout at FNL (2), and for dressing to theme (3)!
The two highest point totals at the end of the Open will receive a dope prize package 🏆🏆
