Strengthen, Stabilize, and Release. I find this class, these practices, are truly the only reason I don't pull my hair out these days 🙃. Two chances to Foam Roll with me via Zoom. Sunday 10am and Monday 6pm. When life is a rollercoaster, sometimes it's best to just throw your hands up and say "Weeee!"

What a way to start your day! Pilates + Gliders (or paper plates) Fridays at 7:30am. I would recommend grabbing a sweat towel for this one 💪

New class starting this Saturday at 10am! "Anything Goes" We will use a combination of props to create a unique Pilates circuit each week. At the start of class, I will ask each of you which props you have at home and we will design class around the props we collectively own. I am thinking 20 minutes with the gliders, 20 minutes with the Pilates Bar Kit or T-bands, and 20 minutes to finish with the foam roller. But it isn't up to me. Each class will depend on you and what props you bring to the table!

FYI Tomorrow is international Pilates day. What is your favorite Pilates equipment, move, or sequence?
