Thinking of our brothers and sisters at and after the tragic loss of one of their members last night.

Our thoughts are with our brothers at the and after the tragic loss of Police Officer Richard Mendez of the Philadelphia Airport Unit who was gunned down while stopping an auto theft in an airport parking garage. Police Officer Raul Ortiz was also shot and is in stable condition. Portrait by who always does amazing work honoring our fallen heroes.

Congratulations to two of our players on graduating from the Philadelphia Fire Academy today. Defenseman Chris Innamorato graduated from Firefighter Class 199 and was assigned to Ladder 34. Defenseman/Assistant Coach Matt Galbally graduated from Fire Paramedic Class 40 and will begin a field precepting program. Congrats boys.
