For most people heavy resistance is not needed to build lean muscle mass. Instead focus on form, control, and post workout stretching to help you recover and stay in the gym.

Protein is the π Macronutrients for fat loss.
It helps with:
- A faster metabolism
- Feeling fuller after meals
- Recovering better from your training
- & retaining lean muscle while in a deficit
So, instead of thinking I βneedβ to eat less carbs, sugar, or fat, try to focus on eating more protein.
For most, landing somewhere between .8-1.2 grams of protein per lb of lean body mass will be enough and make a massive difference.
