How many times have you heard weight loss is harder for women than men? It definitely is. You have to understand the critical differences in hormonal fluctuations and what to expect through each phase of the cycle to use the scale logically. When you get a grasp of this, you don’t attach yourself to the random fluctuations. Giving you more power to control of your outcomes. PS - The weight drops I showed from phase to phase at the end would typically be bigger when aiming for a deficit of 500 calories per day. I tricked my brain into thinking week to week instead of month to month. It’s very possible to lose more than 1 lb on average per month between phases. 😂 A moderate deficit would be closer to 3-5 lbs lost a month between phases. #fatlosstips #fatlossmyths #fatlosshelp #fatlosscoach 11/20/2025

Here are 5 of my favorite banded shoulder mobility drills! With these movements, I encourage you to play around with the angles, bands you use, motions, etc.. And if you find something that feels good for your body - awesome! Your pelvis can tilt both anteriorly and posteriorly, can shift, can hike up on one side, can twist and rotate too! None of those things are bad but you can sometimes feel like you’re stuck in a position or don’t have as much motion one way or the other. The secret is to have movements that you do regularly that address all of those things and you’ll not end up running into those problems!
