This summer we’re expanding our youth athlete training sessions! Coach will have a 4pm session for 6th through 8th graders M-F. And our newest team member Coach .v.olve_strength will have daily sessions for HS athletes at 11am and 3pm. Hit the link in bio to sign your kid up! $499 covers all 10 weeks for 2 sessions a week, $999 covers all 10 weeks for 4 sessions a week!

Here are the details for our Best Group Class Ever! Joining the class is free and automatically RSVPs you for the happy hour (unless you hate fun and booze and tell us otherwise).
