Sweet Tooth?? ๐ฆท

This spoonful of yum is packed full of protein & satisfies your sweet tooth craving. Making it the perfect mid-morning or afternoon snack ๐๐ผ
What is it? ๐๐ผ we mixed plain Greek Yogurt with cookies and cream protein powder. Yup, thatโs it! You can top it with one smashed Oreo or 2 tbsp of mini chocolate chips if you really want to crush those cravings ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ

Greek yogurt is a perfect protein-packed snack!
We buy plain non-fat Greek yogurt and then top it with our favorite toppings!! If you want a little bit of sweetness, stevia is a great option to stir in to your plain yogurt before you add the toppings!

Yesterday created this gorgeous salad that tastes as good as it looks! Hereโs how to make:
2-3 cups romaine chopped lettuce
1/2 gala apple chopped
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Handful of blueberries
1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
Balsamic dressing

Oatmeal is one of our favorite breakfasts!!
Our go-to is:
1/2 cup of rolled oats
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
Almond Milk (added to desired consistency)
1/4 cup berries
1 tbsp of peanut butter
