Lately at the Ritt…
- Lucas got his first muscle up!!! Huge PR!
- We had 19 athletes officially compete in the Open, 6 Quarterfinalists, and have 2 people qualified for semifinals: George in age group and Nick in both age group AND individuals!
- We have been and will continue to see more focus on bodyweight strength and cardio capacity - Murph will be Memorial Day (Monday), and we will be more than ready 💪
Keep up the consistent effort, dedication, and hard work!!! All the progress we have seen is well earned

The next few weeks, we’ll be revisiting some classic Open workouts. These workouts will be nestled in nicely during the week - always balancing intensity with skill days, strength days, and making sure you get a little better every time you walk in the door!

The start of the new year is a great opportunity to set new goals! Write your 2026 goals on our chalkboard - markers are right next to it. Writing goals adds a sense of accountability and accomplishment when you complete them!
Some ideas:
- Make it to # # # classes per year (you can look at your classes attended in wodify to gauge your goal!)
- Eat more colorful food
- Sleep better
- More self care
- Set a goal weight or movement for lifting/gymnastics
- Sign up for the Crosstown Throwdown, the Open, etc!
