AAROH was not just a presentation — it was a climb. A climb through doubt, discipline, exhaustion, surrender, and ultimately, growth.

Wonderful artists from Indian classical dance background -Kathak, Kuchipudi, Odissi, Mohiniyattam, Bharatanatyam have honored the stage of Uptown Knauer Performing Arts Center, PA. With a very special & talented guest Aavi Sircar played Chopin on piano to mark the end of the show.

We are grateful for our Guest of Honor presence by Erica Deuso (Mayor, Downingtown), and West Whiteland Township Board- Brian Dunn (Chair), Rajesh Kumbhardare (Vice Chair), Libby Madarasz (Board member), who have been with us the entire show, appreciated and showed their passion for supporting arts in the community.

Yesterday, I was honored as the Chief Guest at the AAROH Dance Festival, a classical Indian dance review.

Art and culture shape how we see one another. When you sit in a room and watch a tradition that may be new to you, you learn. You connect. You build respect. Downingtown is growing, and with that growth comes a vibrant and expanding South Asian community in our borough and surrounding areas. That is a strength. When traditions meet, when music, language, and dance are shared openly, everyone benefits. Our children grow up with a broader view of the world. Our neighbors feel seen. Our community becomes more welcoming. A blending of traditions does not divide us. It deepens our shared story and makes Downingtown stronger for all.
