🔥This month’s drill is designed to help build smooth and efficient gun handling by practicing loading, emergency reloads and accurate hits from a tabletop start. Remember to prioritize safety and accuracy before speed.
📏Distance: 5–7 yards
🚦Start Position: Firearm on the table with the slide locked to the rear. Two magazines loaded with 3 rounds each placed on the table with the bullets facing up.
Round Count: 30–45 rounds
How It Works
On the start signal (or when you're ready), pick up your firearm and one magazine. Load the pistol, acquire your sights, and fire all three rounds until the slide locks to the rear.
Perform an emergency reload then re-engage the target and fire the remaining rounds.
Repeat the drill for 10–15 repetitions.
🎯 Target Options: An 8-inch circle, a B-8 repair center, or even a blank sheet of paper.
💪🏾Want a Challenge? Add a snap cap to one or both magazines. When you encounter it, safely clear the malfunction and continue the drill.
🧠 Focus on smooth, efficient reloads, consistent accuracy, and safe gun handling—not just speed.
Happy Training! Stay safe and train with purpose.

🎯 Drill of the Month: Accuracy Bars Drill
Build precision by focusing on the fundamentals—grip, sights, and trigger control.
📍 Distance: 3, 5 & 7 yards
🔫 Round Count: 30+ rounds
✅ At 3 yards, fire 1 shot into each vertical bar. If every shot stays inside the bars, repeat with 2 shots per bar, then repeat again while maintaining a smooth cadence.
Next, repeat the same progression on the horizontal bars.
🏅Once you've mastered it, move the target back to 5 yards, then 7 yards to increase the challenge.
🧠 Focus on smooth trigger control, sight alignment, and consistent hits. Accuracy first—speed will follow.
