We are excited to announce our 16u/2026 Head Coach Mar’Quise Salley - A dedicated and experienced basketball coach with a strong passion for supporting high school basketball players as they thrive and reach their full potential BOTH on and off the court. Mar’Quise is currently in his 3rd year as Assistant Coach at West Philadelphia High School.

Coach Mar’Quise is the former Head Coach of SK Elite - A Philadelphia based Championship winning AAU team (17u Pitt Jam Fest 2021 Champions; 17u Summer Jam Fest 2022 Champions) he developed and coached for 3 seasons before joining the BW Elite Family as the 15u assistant coach in 2023.

We are thrilled to introduce our 17u head coach, Tiriq Henson - a highly driven and motivated leader, who is dedicated to the betterment of his players and their development. Tiriq is currently an assistant coach with MCS Charter High School. As a head coach, Tiriq has led his 16u BW squad to a Hoop Group Summer Jam Championship and was crowned the 2021 Danny Rumph Pro-Am Champs with his Rex 6 squad.
