What a way to finish the 2024 season of the Amateur Players Tour. Totally unexpected, but a hard fought battle, coming from 4 strokes back on the start of the second day to capture the Division 3 Senior North American Championship held in Myrtle Beach, SC on September 24-25. I achieved my goal of making the cut in the Amateur Players Tour North American Championship held September 20-22, 2024. I was fortunate to make the cut and place in the top 50 of my division. The final tournament of the 2024 season is fast approaching. This tournament is open to all players and is just like a regular season event with one exception, we will crown all of our 2024 Player of the Year Champions. If you are in the hunt for the division race, this is one you don't want to miss. If you are looking for another win on the tour, this is another opportunity to do so.

Taking on the Pete Dye Course at the French Lick Resort in Indiana today as part of the Amateur Players Tour National Major today. The Korn Ferry finals will be held here in October. She's a beautiful course. We played at the Donald Ross course yesterday, sight of the 1924 PGA Championship. We had to dodge quite a few raindrops earlier in the day. Wishing good luck to Paul Hess Ted Harris Pat Cronin and myself today for representing Amateur Players Tour - Central PA.

Only 2+ days left to register for the Battle at Gettysburg. Registration closes on Monday at midnight, July 8th. Tee times will begin a 10 am on Sunday, July 14th at The Links at Gettysburg golf course. I had a chance to play there last Thursday. The greens are really coming along the staff and maintenance crew are working hard on the fairways and bunkers. There are currently 15 spots remaining!
