đ§đš Bhutan, part II.
The second half of this trip somehow felt even more grounding than the first. Lots of hiking, long mornings, unforgettable time at Tigerâs Nest, visits to monasteries, and conversations with monks that Iâll be thinking about for a long time.
One thing I really appreciated about Bhutan: nothing feels overly polished or performative. Itâs quiet, simple, and deeply rooted in traditionâand thatâs exactly what makes it so impactful.
Very grateful for this open-hearted group of yogis, and to , , and for facilitating the opportunity to experience this special place together.

Weâre deep in Bhutan on my yoga retreat, created in collaboration with ( ), with a group of 18 yogis moving through it all with real openness.
Practicing, walking, listening, softening. Meeting this extraordinary place in their own way. Letting the land do what it does bestâslow things down and bring things forward.

đŤđŽ Immense gratitude for a week that will go down as one of my most memorable.
Still kind of at a loss for words for this magical place and everything it gave us this week.
Snowshoeing, cold plunges, yoga, journaling, laughter, and somehow 17 humans connecting really quickly and really deeply.
And a huge thank you to the incredible team at Reclaim Yourselfâespecially Martn, Lucy ( ), and Suz ( )âfor making the whole experience feel so seamless and incredibly special.
Safe to say this week will stay with me for a long time. âď¸
