This experience was a game-changer for sure! Little did I know God was allowing me to witness the watering of a seed that was planted long ago. I could no longer make excuses I couldn't pretend that I didn't know...This is a throwback for sure, but its one of the posts I've shared. So what better way to close the year, than with the post that shows a bit of the beginning 😎

I'll be honest, I talked to myself for almost an hour before I took any pictures. I was as nervous as ever, didn't know what to expect, thought about missing my flight, and all types of other thoughts that were set up to sabotage what I didn't know God had set up for me…
Fast forward: I made it to my destination, prayed no one would notice me check in, got to my room, unseen, and felt absolutely ridiculous. I missed the initial registration/meet & greet. BUT the night wasn't over. sent me a DM letting me know he had arrived, I knew I couldn't flake on him. Thank you Bro for that DM!
From there I nervously carried myself down to the lobby, where I was greeted by several friendly spirited faces.
Fast forward: That exposure changed my life. I have been moving different, thinking different, dreaming bigger, wanting more and learning so much more about myself since then.
I walked into the airport heading for Atlanta, shook!
48hrs later I boarded the plane back to Philly ready to become a Certified Game Changer💪🏾🙏🏾

Definitely one of my BEST experiences of 23, I haven't been the same since that weekend. Smh, God is good
By any chance, did I mention was a complete vibe...that I'm STILL feeling😎
This was day 3 for me, and I was BEYOND exhausted. I lost the fight with my allergies and was almost desperate to find food. Burnt out was an understatement. Each day I was there, I walked past this wall and didn't stop, but I knew I needed to stop this time. God is so good, and always on time. was everything I didn't know I needed, and more💪🏾✌🏾🧡

Lead with ME!
If YOU aren't right, how can you get those you lead to be right? Sometimes it's as simple as stepping away to rest, relax, and reset. It's a good starting point. You must take care of yourself, to lead productively.
If you, or someone you know needs a little encouragement hmu. Together we can develop the fundamentals of what is needed to be the best version of yourself. Leaders lead, yes indeed. But leaders can also be led. That's what I'm here for, just reach out✌🏾🧡

Exhibit A: The Rubberband
Stretching gets you ready for what's next... its the pre workout. So get stretched, get ready
To go far, you gotta get stretched. Pressure has to be applied, to activate the tension... without letting go. Just like a rubber band, the more tension there is, the longer the stretch and the greater the distance. The destination is rewarding, so keep stretching.
They say there's a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. That's cute; what's better is the success that follows your stretch. So use the tension in your life, to stretch you, to effectively go the distance it takes to get to the other side
