Yes we pick things up and put them down...we pick up new dance styles and we drop calories, pounds and inches. Weather at a private Zumba® or Aqua Zumba® party, that’s for a girls night out, a company/organization or a charity fundraiser...Zumba® Fitness will have you dancing until you are smiling for no reason.
