Fire for Effect Athletics: Functional Fitness Classes, Open Gym, One on One Training, Lockers, Showers, etc…for 8 1/2 years we’ve been home to people ranging from NFL players and Olympians…people new to fitness and IFBB pros…ages from 6 to 80+…fellow veterans (some even with prosthetics and in wheelchairs), people going through chemotherapy, postpartum and expectant Moms, etc. There’s even 3 married couples out there that met here!!! 😁

This one is a big one!!! Dr Victoria .doc wins the gold and takes her place on the first place podium at this weekend!!! She walked into our gym years ago never having competed in a strength sport and was just looking to hopefully partner with a like minded gym…well, we did that, and she also threw herself into learning this crazy sport called strongman!! Victoria .clem18 is the epitome of perseverance…she already had a history of some sports injuries and chronic injuries, had ups and downs along the way…but made ZERO excuses and kept getting up. Now, she has rightfully secured not only her spot on that podium, but at USS NATIONALS!!!! BIG congrats, sis!!! LEAD FROM THE FRONT!

SPA UPDATE!!! I installed the ceilings in massage rooms one and two yesterday….soon it’ll be paint and decor time! The space just keeps getting cooler and cooler! Two more updates coming today in regard to services at the gym!

We are STILL SEEKING OUT MASSAGE THERAPISTS!!! If you know anyone with this skill set and looking for work…send them our way! We are interviewing now!
