Today’s featured equipment is the Marpo Rope Trainer: Experience dynamic resistance rope training with the MARPO Rope Trainer. The multi-user, multi-mode, multi-functional training system allows for full body strength, power, and endurance workouts.
Rope angle, as well as resistance, can be adjusted to provide an array of functional movement patterns - push, pull, squat, lunge, bend, and rotate.
Resistance range, 1-200lbs
Brake mechanism allows for bidirectional rope pulling
Can be used standing or sitting on bench/chair
