First off, stop calling yourself lazy 👀
Second, ditch the all or nothing mindset and just START somewhere no matter how small! Build momentum from there and slowly start changing every negative habit 📈

Set your environment up for success!
It’s why we don’t have junk food or the typical desserts in our kitchen. I’m also careful about buying even the ‘clean’ granolas because I know I can eat two whole bags in one sitting 🤷♂️

We cook EVERYTHING in either grass-fed butter or beef tallow! Beef tallow is also much more readily available now and more affordable at places like Costco! 🐄💰
We also get all our face lotion from Little Tallow Co!
