Good morning Buntamaniacs. Terrible loss but, bitch as we may, it was a very good road trip, going 6-3. A bad road trip would have ended the season. Lets get to it.

Painter pitched an absolute GEM, going 7 innings, allowing 0 runs, walking none and giving up just 2 hits while striking out 6. Blowfin gave up a bomb to long time Phillies killer McCann on the first pitch. Blowfin had pitched the night before and did well but I sat on my recliner wondering why we didn't use McFarlane? This was exactly the scenario he should have been used to see if he could handle it moving forward.

Nothing on the offensive side. De Le Cruz with 2 hits. Harper with 1 hit and 2 walks. Top 2 in the lineup went 0-8 with 5 Ks. Star of the game was Turner who had the Hat Trick, hit into a DP and left a runner in scoring position. What do we have? 7 more years of this?
