A new collaboration is here.
We’re excited to be partnering with Kelly Adorno of Movement Source Pilates for a special workshop experience that brings Pilates and yoga together in one shared practice.
Each workshop begins with Pilates and flows into yoga, creating a thoughtful movement experience designed to help you feel strong, grounded, and more at ease in your body. Whether you’re new to movement, curious about Pilates or yoga, or want to meet a new friend, this is a welcoming space to try something new.
After class, stay for light bites and drinks so we can spend a little extra time in community.
This is the same workshop offered on multiple dates, so you only need to choose the one that works best for you.

Welcome to the weekend.
With both Easter and Passover happening this weekend, we’ve made a couple of slight adjustments to the schedule.
Please note:
Saturday Peak Flow is canceled
Sunday Gentle Flow is canceled
All other classes will run as scheduled, and we’ll return to our regular schedule next weekend.
