🥊 WKA USA NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS — DAY 1 RESULTS 🇺🇸🏆 USA-WORLD KICKBOXING ASSOCIATION

What a first day for Team Zelus! Four of our fighters made it to the finals, and we couldn’t be prouder of the way every one of them represented Zelus Fight Club Academy.

🥈 Ahmad Aliouat — Finished 2nd in the WKA USA National Championship after a very close split decision in the final. An incredible performance on the national stage.

🥈 Yusuf Aliouat — Battled his way to the final and finished 2nd in the nation! He fought hard and showed tremendous heart from beginning to end.

🥈 Nader Albustanji — 2nd Place, WKA USA National Championships!
Nader had an incredible run, winning his first fight and then winning his second fight by KO to advance to the final! 🔥 In the first round of the final, he unfortunately took an accidental kick to the groin and was unable to continue due to the injury.

🥈 Max Forrest — 2nd Place, WKA USA National Championships!
Max put on a great performance in the semifinal, showing heart, skill, and determination to earn his place in the final. Unfortunately, he suffered an ankle injury during the semifinal and was unable to compete in the final.

And we’re not finished yet! 🔥
Tomorrow, Hicham steps into the ring in the Senior division. 🥊

What makes these results even more special is how new our team is. Most of these fighters have only been training for around 3 months, yet they stepped into the ring at the WKA USA National Championships against fighters with much more experience — and showed that they belong there.

This is only the beginning. These young fighters have bright futures ahead of them. ⭐️

We came to compete. We came to learn. And we’re going home stronger.
