Another Month Bites the dust and we’ve got a couple of new faces in the Committed Club for May. Congrats to everyone who attended 15 or more classes this month. As we head into the summer when it gets a little bit harder to prioritize the gym just remember an hour a day is all it takes. Consistency is key!!!

Alright gang. Another year same workout. We will be putting our Murph Prep Mondays to the test this Saturday for our annual Murph WOD. We will be kicking off class at 8:30 am. Not an RF member but looking to complete this legendary WOD? We’ve got you, we will be hosting drop ins $30 for non-members and $20 if you are military or first responder (just show us proof). It’s going to be a blast! Can’t wait to see you there!

Join us for our annual Pride Workout as we team up with fitness studios across Philly and to raise funds for the Mazzoni Center, an organization providing comprehensive health + wellness services for LGBTQ+ Philadelphians.
This event is open to members and non‑members — non‑members just need to sign up through the link in our bio. Every dollar goes directly to Mazzoni.
We’ll be running a fully coached, all‑levels functional fitness class built to celebrate movement, community, and Pride. You won’t want to miss this one!
