A four-part embodiment series led by Mieke D exploring how to move with purpose while preventing burnout in times of great change. Each session weaves together gentle yet dynamic movement, release practices, meditation, and optional reflection to balance fire and water, courage and care, action and rest. Grounded in politicized mindfulness practices, inspired by the Year of the Fire Horse, and guided by the question Who or what am I a commitment to?
