How long does it take to see results with a personal trainer?
There’s no one-size-fits-all answer. Results depend on several personal factors—your starting fitness level, how often you train, how consistent you are outside of sessions, any injuries you’re working through, and how well you support your training with sleep and nutrition.
Think of it like going to a therapist--you wouldn’t expect deep, lasting change in just 3 or 4 sessions. The same is true in fitness.
You might start feeling stronger, more energized, and more motivated within a few weeks. Visible physical changes often take several weeks, and real transformation takes longer.
Progress takes consistency and patience—but it’s worth it.
At The Summit, we create custom plans and provide the accountability and coaching you need to stay on track. We'll guide you every step of the way--no guesswork, no gimmicks. Book a free consultation today and take the first step toward results that last.

Gymtimidation: This fear and anxiety of being in a typical big gym setting can keep you from going to the gym as often or using certain pieces of equipment. Walking into a room full of people who seem to know exactly what they're doing can make anyone feel a little self-conscious.
The Summit is a private personal training studio, which means you'll work out with a highly educated trainer who teaches the proper form and answers your fitness-related questions, all in a private setting with no gym crowds or intimidating atmosphere. Showing up is half the battle, and that battle can be won by knowing you'll be entering a friendly, welcoming environment at The Summit.
Still have questions? We offer free consultations both over the phone and in person at our Rittenhouse and Washington Square locations. Find out how The Summit can help you today!

To get the results you want, you don't have to be extreme, just consistent. Instead of striving for perfection on every workout, every meal, and every snack, strive for consistency. Three solid months of consistent, healthy behavior will outpace and outlast one perfect day or even one perfect week, every time.
