Must 17 or older to register. Games are streamed on YouTube @PBLA_Official The Philadelphia Box Lacrosse Association is a men's indoor lacrosse league that plays June through August in Philadelphia's Ralph Rizzo Rink. Founded in 1986, the PBLA is know as the most organized indoor lacrosse league in the tri-state area. The league is very competitive and features a good cross section of talent. I am saddened to hear this news. Carl was a part of the PBLA family in the early to mid-1990s. He and his brother, Chris, played on my teams, the Outlaws (no relation to the current Outlaws) and later the Renegades.
Carl was not only a great player and a natural leader, but, more importantly, a truly amazing human being. I feel fortunate to have known him and to have shared the floor with him.
My thoughts and condolences are with Chris, Carl’s family, and all those who had the privilege of knowing him.
Rest in peace, my friend.
