Run with us this Saturday, November 1st at Lloyd Hall for a free, open community run and relay challenge in collaboration with ☁️

Find two friends for the 3️⃣➡️2️⃣➡️1️⃣ relay challenge: winning teams get $300 value prize (2nd place teams get $100). Run the entire 6-mile route yourself in the Individual Challenge.

We will have at least 3 separate groups for our community run: 7:30/mile pace, 8:00/mile pace, and 9:00/mile pace.

Join us after at 10:30 am at Lloyd Hall for awards, giveaways, free bagels and coffee for a social hour.

It was another Sufferfest Sunday at this year’s but our squad showed up & showed out 🥵Ethan Hermann led the way for the club taking 2nd overall with a brand new shiny PR of 30:56🥈 Joining Ethan on the podium was David Watt taking 3rd in 31:57🥉 Our ladies placed 6 in the top 10, led by Lauren Kelly’s 4th place finish in 36:48. PRTC was well represented in the New England region over the weekend with a pair of impressive performances from Dylan Gearinger & Kayla Lampe. Dylan took the W at the Bobby Doyle 5 miler in Rhode Island which serves as the NE USATF 5mile Championship. He finished in a blazing time of 23:35 for a huge PR in the distance🏅 Up in Massachusetts, Kayla competed at the Bridge of Flowers 8k 🌸 She covered the hilly and challenging course in a very impressive time of 29:47, good for 2nd place 🥈 Big things ahead this fall season for this duo!

It was a PRTC sweep at this year’s annual Captain Bill Gallagher SIC 10 Miler! 🤴👸🧹 Congratulations to David Dorsey and Olivia DeRogatis on being crowned King & Queen of the Beach with their dominating performances of 54:06 and 63:35 to secure not only the W but new course PRs 🥵 We also saw course PRs from Frank Dougherty (60:20) and Bill Besash (63:39) as well as a very solid SIC 10 debut from Jason Norat (62:55)! Congratulations to all 🏖️

Memorial Day Weekend 🇺🇸marks the unofficial start of summer ☀️ and our crew could not be more excited for summer racing 😎
To kick things off we had a solid squad representing at the Yardley Memorial Mile. The men swept 🧹 1-4 with Paul Matuszak taking the win 🥇 in 4:15. He was followed by Conner Harriman (4:17) 🥈, Declan Walkush (4:19) 🥉, and Nick Cardamone (4:19). Steph Ng took second for the women in a speedy 5:01 🥈.
Zoe Matherne also took part of the Memorial Day mile action at a different race in Loudoun County, VA. It was certainly worth the trip as she took the down the 🚨 club road mile 🚨 run in a blazing 4:52 on a hilly course!

It was a busy weekend of racing for the club as we had athletes all over the place dabbling in different events 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻

Zoe Matherne set the tone for the weekend by hitting a new ✨lifetime PR✨of 4:25.13 in the 1500 at the NYC Track Night.

Cassidy Nagle and Emily Dooley took home a pair of 🥇 for the club at the Dirty German 25k and 50k through the muddy trails of Pennypack Park, running impressive times of 2:02:15 and 4:28:22 respectively.

Bridget Gottlieb capped off her season at the Brooklyn Half Marathon, finishing in 83:24 for her fastest half since 2014 👏🏻

Dylan Gearinger cruised to an easy victory at the Lilac 10k in Rochester NY, finishing in a blazing 30:17 as he continues his build towards Grandma’s Marathon next month 🏆

Last but certainly not least, Harsha Thirumurthy hopped in the Cleveland Marathon despite not having a proper marathon buildup. He ran negative splits and finished in a very respectable 2:42:10 for 13th overall 👑

He’s not a normal dad, he’s a cool dad 😎 Paul Matuszak ran a lifetime 5k PR in a blazing 14:21.77 last night at Widener.l 🚨 Congratulations to Paul and all of our athletes who hit the track last night!

PRTC takes the 🏆 at the 26 x 1 Marathon Relay held at the Woodlands Cemetery! Our squad collectively ran a 2:21:32 marathon, good enough for the W & the course record 💯 Congrats to this crew on the joint effort! 🍻
