“When one moves into deep yoga, the fire of the soul transforms into tapas, taking the form of Uma Parvati. One’s desires can never be suppressed, yet they can be turned within, releasing all negativity and allowing a peacefulness to permeate the restlessness of their expression.”
- Shambhavi L. Chopra

Discernment and understanding through yoga arise within a space of imaginative embodiment, a place where the inner self learns to move, breathe, and perceive without the weight of pretense.
Ram Dass said, “In most of our human relationships, we spend much of our time reassuring one another that our costumes of identity are on straight.”
Practice invites us home. Each breath is a sanctuary, a quiet sovereignty within, which the mind can dissolve its grasping.
