This weekend is the big show! Your 2026 International Axe Throwing Championship, hosted in Toronto, Canada. The tournaments and events start today, and run through Sunday evening. We’re so proud of all those competing, but especially of the lucky 6 we have participating in Round 2 of the Wilson Cup!! Many of our league members and friends are also participating in events throughout the week, and we’re gonna be cheering all of them on!! Congrats everyone, good luck, safe travels, and may your bullseyes be perfect and your clutches split in half!

Thank you to all military personnel who have fought and died for our freedoms to enjoy the simple things in life, like beach going, grilling, and throwing some axes. Happy Memorial Day from the staff at Chopper’s.

Another year, gone. These events fly by faster than we ever want them to. Thank you to everyone who joined us for the 2026 Countess Cup! This year we had throwers from 7 states and 2 countries! It’s always such a great time hosting so many diverse throwers from all over in this sport!

On Sunday “The Bear” won Big Axe, and then also Doubles on team “Mamma Mia” with her mom, “Huckabella.”

And congrats to Dave “Your Logo Here” for winning our pre-tournament marathon on Friday!

All the competitors made this weekend amazing and it was great to see many new faces attending and participating. Thank you again for helping make this weekend a success! If we don’t see you again sooner, we’ll see you at the 2026 Choptober Challenge!!

We’re excited to announce a partnership with wissahickonbrewingcompany this weekend for the 2026 Countess Cup! We’ll have them on tap Friday through Sunday, so grab a glass from an amazing menu, and drink up!

Not throwing in Countess, but want to watch the competition and have a drink? Pop on in and enjoy with us! We’ll have game 4 of the Flyers on Saturday, and games 3 and 4 of the 76er’s on Friday and Sunday on!

Round 1 of The Wilson Cup is complete, and we officially received our 5 qualifiers! Thank you to everyone who competed in the qualifier this weekend, and congratulations to everyone advancing to compete in Toronto at the end of May!!

THEY’RE HERE. After all of the delays and difficulties, tickets for the 2026 Countess Cup are LIVE. Who will challenge the STORM and become our first tournament winner to be added to our Axe Achievement wall!?

Main event tickets are open to all individuals who identify as female, be they cis, trans, or nonbinary.

Happening April 24th-26th, we’ve got a co-ed Premier Marathon, Knives and Sadie Hawkins Doubles tournaments, Random Team Yahtzee, and of course the IATF Tournament Circuit Major: The Countess Cup.
