Huge congrats to everyone who threw down at this weekend’s HYROX in Washington, DC — we showed DC what PHL Athletics is all about.
Athletes, you left it all out there.

And an even bigger thank you to the friends, family, and supporters who showed up, cheered loud, and brought the energy. You’re a massive part of what makes race day so special.

Trust the process, not the timeline.

Every rep counts.

Every “I showed up anyway” counts.

Progress isn’t always a six-pack in 6 weeks.
Sometimes it’s:
- Sleeping better
- Climbing stairs without gasping
- Feeling more confident in your clothes
- Choosing the workout instead of the excuse

You’re not starting from zero—you’re starting from experience.
Stay consistent. Stay patient. The results have to show up if you don’t quit.
