Dear Fellow Humans -- if you value life, read this and perhaps that will explain why we struggle to function, live and cooperate with each other in this society. It could be our "food". Many blessings to you!

Have a laugh:
“The Japanese eat very little fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than the
British or Americans. The French eat a lot of fat and also suffer fewer heart attacks than the British or
Americans. And the Japanese drink very little red wine and they suffer fewer heart attacks than the Brits and the Yanks. The Italians drink huge amounts of red wine, and they also suffer fewer heart attacks than the above. And the Germans drink a lot of beer…” and it goes on and on and on. The conclusion is: Eat or
drink what you want - it’s speaking English that kills you."

The point is, instead of reading and figuring and worrying, can you stay with your breath in this present moment? Is it wonderful, just breathing, feeling the wind on your face?
Life the corners of your mouth and see how your mind relaxes.
