Last Full Moon of 2020 is tomorrow🌕

What are you letting go of in 2020 so you can create space for what’s to come in 2021? That’s a joke btw. The real question is more like, what the hell are you keeping? SO much has shifted within us + around us.

We’ve all been affected this year. The dismantling of all things, relationships, freedom, politics, racism, rituals, routines, families, school, work, policies, opinions, leadership, belief systems, judgments. Do this. Do that. Don’t do this. Don’t do that. She did what? She did who? He said when? Look left, go right. Turn here. Stop. Pause. Breathe. The year 2020 was like we all ate ayahuasca but w/no shaman there to help guide us. We were all on our own journey. Some days you may have felt as though you were walking through mud. Other days the clock spun fast & suddenly the sun was going down. I think we could all agree that it was the longest, shortest year ever. We are not who we were a year ago. The evolution of this quantum leap is revolutionary. Parents everywhere kicked it up a notch & kicked ass🙌🏾 Parenting in 2020 was quite the journey. Hats off to each of you 🎩 We weren’t just responsible for our own mental health but our children’s too! Just when you thought you were not doing a good job, you did better cause look, you made it this far! Give yourself credit. Acknowledge your strength. Deep within your heart, it’s there♥️I see YOU.

Happy Full moon everyone. May we all feel lighter w/each passing day. Trust, the best is yet to come. And anything less than shall be released + let go💋💫Xo

When Ocean was younger, we stood in the post office line. It was long that day. That was the same day I had taught her about what it meant to practice patience. I shared that the practice of patience was to wait without complaining. Waiting can feel hard sometimes. Although I am a firm believer that good things come to those who can practice patience. What are you waiting for?

Last night in the Sacred grove I gathered w/my sisters for my 2nd Full Moon circle this week. I placed my sheepskin in the exact space I sat for the last New Moon circle just 2 weeks ago. And as I did, I shared aloud how I wanted to sit there as it felt really good in that space before. After sitting I pulled out my phone to check the compass before calling in the 4 directions. The compass affirmed why I had felt so good in that spot. I was in EXACT alignment on this sacred grid, Mother Earth🌎🧭🌐

May we all be reminded that when we feel good, lean into it. During this current time in history, don’t resist your own intuition. We all have gifts. Honor yours. YOU ARE YOUR OWN MEDICINE. Stay in the light my friends. Darkness cannot consume light✨Stay present to love. Xo
