Here's the Pride of Gryphons that traveled down to Severn River last weekend! We're looking forward to a fun summer as we prepare for the Bingham Cup so reach out to us if you're interested in joining!

Some Baby Gryphlets earned their wings thanks to a few special guest players at Severn! Sending squads to two different locations stretched the rosters a bit thin so we appreciate the help as we try to ensure that all of our members get plenty of opportunities for playing time. Thank you!

Thumbs up to all of our point scorers from Saturday! Across 5 match weekends this spring the Gryphons ended up with 21 different scorers which is great to see!

We'll be doing a couple of 7s tournaments in June and seeing if we can add to the list! New players are always welcome to join us any time of year regardless of skill/experience level!

The Philly Gryphons are competing at two different fields today! Good luck to the Gold Squad in NJ and the blue side in MD! Let's gooooooooo Gryphons!

Codell and Zick are waiving goodbye to Coach Phill because we'll be sending teams to different fields this weekend!

I've been on the staff for the last five years and I'm fairly certain this is the first time in my tenure that we've sent teams to different locations on the same day. I'm not sure whether it's happened before but it's a huge step for our Club and a sign of how much we have grown!

Our Club has always sought to provide an inclusive space and we have worked very hard to make sure there are playing opportunities for everyone. It's great to see 40+ players getting an opportunity to take the field most weekends!

Shout out to our top performers against the Coyotes! Leading the way is Phill " The Thrill" Calhoun! He may have been on the sidelines, and then later tried to hide behind a post pad, but his impact on our Club can NEVER be obscured!

Phill has done so much for us. So much more than necessary. Seriously players, stop making his job so difficult and just be responsible adults. We really can't thank him enough for everything.

Here's Juan and Phill after the last home match of the spring. We had 3 home match weekends and we're able to play 3 full length matches as well as 2 additional shorter matches during those weekends.

The Gryphons went undefeated at home this spring with a 185-90 scoreline and our hope is that the offense carries over to the Bingham Cup!

Our final match weekends is Saturday where the Gryphons will send 2 sides to 2 different locations which is very exciting for us! From there we'll get into 7s and preparation for the Bingham Cup!

New players are always welcome to join us regardless of skill/experience level so come give Gryphons Rugby a try!

Our most recent referee was Alex from South Jersey and he did an outstanding job! Our numbers have been strong this spring so we've been playing extras and Alex gave us 120 minutes at Edgeley which is probably the equivalent of 160 on a flat field!
