A big thanks to Mike and everyone at Grindcore House for their sponsorship slot to help kids train! If you’ve been in South Philly for any iota of time, you know this OG spot. Icing on the cake is that you get some of Whitney Sullivan bomb desserts.

Mike’s a great member, too. We are lucky to have him. Shop with your values! Non pre order shirts available 🤝. Thanks for the support 💪.

Jerseys are in! Pre orders, pick up ASAP. Before we sell your stuff 🤣. Anyone who ordered and included shipping, they all went out today!

We’d like to give a shoutout to our first sponsor, ADL tires. Right down the street on West Passyunk. I’ve actually used them for years before knowing that a member of the gym owns them. They’re great and were the first to donate to this idea to support kids who cannot afford membership! Support businesses who give back to the community, thanks ADL!

Freedom Fighter Promotions is consistently putting on some of the best shows in the country. The matchups are great, and there are a ton of opportunities for pros, youth, and female fighters.

People might say I’m biased because Rami was my coach, but I like to believe I call it like it is. Freedom is elevating Muay Thai in America and since its inception has given lots of pro opportunity which has pushed other shows to put on more pro fights.

The fights were awesome tonight and the crowd was great. It’s easy to get caught up in the infighting and stupid rule changes (sweeps are sick, don’t @ me) but I think the future is bright for America Muay Thai.

Jon looked amazing for 99% of the fight and got a flash knock down after leaving a strike out and getting caught with a stupid overhand. He popped right back up, but most judges automatically score that round a 10-8. So we got a draw but after two years he looked fantastic in there. Frustrating, but onto the next one. Thank you to everyone who showed up.

W***y Whipple dropped by to guest teach tonight. He’s teaching out of Kao Muay Thai as Coke heals up. Joe and W***y fought out of Sitmonchai Gym together many moons ago. Great class. Thanks for coming through Lulu, Leo and W***y!

W***y has something like 80 fights in Thailand and is a great teacher. He’s available for privates at Kao Muay Thai right over the bridge.

Congrats to Muay Thai Musings on winning her first fight ever! Thailand style, full rules, 5 rounds. Thrown into it against a tough Italian.

What a debut to go full rules and win a belt 🤣🤣🤣. But in all seriousness, Sofia trains extremely hard. Never asks to speed up the process or rush into things. She’s a supportive member of the gym and we are proud of her.

Good job on your debut fight! Hard work paid off.
