The idea of not being strong enough or not ready to enter Warhorse just does not exist.
Warhorse has been home to NFL athletes, people just starting their training journey, beginner to experienced powerlifters, fitness enthusiasts, people with fat loss goals, people with goals of lowering their cholesterol, people looking to knock out their first chin-up, people preparing for their first marathon or someone just trying to get in shape for their wedding day.
fitness and training lives on a continuum of simplicity to complexity. We let the person dictate what they are exposed to based on factors like goals, training history, injury history, and lots more.
