Had a 〽️inor setback with a back injury that took 〽️e out of the ga〽️e for 3 〽️onths

Over that ti〽️e , so 〽️any thoughts ran though 〽️y head. “Is it 〽️y ti〽️e to hang the cleats up?” “A〽️I too old?” “Can I do this?” Not 〽️y best 〽️o〽️ents.

Trying to flip 〽️y 〽️insert was the biggest challenge. But after a 〽️onth of PT with the most supportive team out there, working with so〽️e of the best sports doctors in Westchester and 〽️y fa〽️ily keeping 〽️e accountable with my off day workouts I feel better than ever‼️‼️

Now is where the real training begins .. 〽️ay is around the corner, training ca〽️p is creeping up, Szn begins in July 🚨, can’t slip now l, the bounce back is real 🤞🏾🤞🏾
