Here’s What’s New at Roz Levbarg Coaching
Ever wonder why you say “Yes” when you really want to say “No”?
As women, we are the peace-makers, the helpers, so often there for others and generous with our time.
These are all good character traits, however, when we don’t know how to say “No”, it makes it difficult to live authentically, to carve out the time to uncover and live our purpose.
If you are an experience-rich woman committed to stepping into your true purpose, join us for our upcoming event and discover the first step to making this happen.

"How're you doing?", they ask you. "OK, I guess.
Most people are just 'hangin in, waiting for Friday.
Life isn't supposed to be that way. It's my sincere belief that we were each put on this earth as a soul with a purpose.
If you're an experience-rich woman, you've probably come to this realization yourself.
Does this sound like you?
🌺 You've raised a family, and now thinking, "What's next for me? What is my true purpose?
🌺 Perhaps you're a woman who's devoted her life to career milestones, and despite successes, something seems to be missing. You may be experiencing agism, or your past work just doesn't light you up as it once did.
🌺 And, you...I see you, as well! You're someone who knows what you want, but are afraid to take that next step...It just never seems to be the right time.
This is actually all GOOD news! Why?
It's the perfect time to uncover and LIVE your soul-powered purpose, without guilt and without fear of judgement.
Whether it's a future role in your community, or a change that's career-related, enacting your soul-powered purpose will bring you the meaning and fulfillment you have been longing for.
Make today the day you give yourself permission to move on from an "OK" life to an unimaginably good one.
🌺 I know the steps to get you there. It would be my honor to guide you.
Click the link below and let's connect. It's a free conversation where I will share with you the very first step in the process (that you can do by yourself).

What's your calling? Everyone has one. I call it your soul-powered purpose. The reason you are here today, on the planet!
Sometimes, as experience-rich women, our focus is on others: taking care of a family, older parents, fulfilling job obligations. It's hard to take a chunk of time to take our own "temperatures".
Oftentimes, this is a chapter of life where a woman begins to wonder about her own life's journey. Am I doing meaningful work? Am I meant for more? Is my work still inspiring and in alignment with who I am deep inside? Is it too late to think about something new?
As a certified life coach, I help experience-rich women uncover and live their soul-powered purpose without guilt or fear of judgement by others. Women come to me to help them discover their best next step toward self-actualization and fulfillment.
If this is something you've been thinking about, we should have a conversation. Book a call today, while you're thinking about it. I'll share with you the very first step you, yourself can take to start on the path to your new chapter.
It's my honor to serve you. https://www.Calendly.com/rozlevbarg

Looking forward to my podcast interview tomorrow for Healthy Woman Magazine!
Less than 24 hours left before our "6 Steps To Happiness At Any Age" Facebook Live Podcast with Roz Levbarg, Roz Levbarg Life Coaching
Roz is a life coach working with professional women in midlife who are tired of feeling
unappreciated and overlooked. She shows them how to be confident, create meaningful work, and own their gifts so that they can make the impact on the world they always dreamed of making.
Her passion is coaching, and her personal mission is to bust the disempowering myths about midlife. To show professional women in midlife that midlife doesn’t signal the end of anything. It’s merely the beginning of their next great chapter, the one she helps women co-create through coaching.

Are you in the middle of a demanding challenge and struggling to make it through to the other side? Well, my friend, you have landed on the right page. I so know what that's like! After surviving divorce, caring for aging parents and surviving some major health challenges, I feel grateful for all that I've learned about mining my own resilience and how to help others do the same...Of course, life coach training has helped, too! And, today, I'm here to let you know a couple of things YOU can do to make things a bit better for yourself.
As a coach, my style is to "tell it like it is", in a loving and compassionate way, not just spouting feel-good catch phrases like, "Just bounce back!" or "Fake it till ya make it!", but rather, exploring choices and offering a provocative insight here and there. You see, I have a core belief that all our answers come from a sacred, inside space of wisdom that knows what we truly want and need, and sometimes we just need someone we can trust, who can help bring that out.
So, let's get back to YOU and YOUR challenge. Maybe you're struggling with how to make it through the day, or maybe you're someone recovering from a difficult chapter and just can't seem to climb out of perpetual sadness. What's the very first step to make things better? You may be surprised that my answer is...nothing! Yup, it's perfectly O.K. to be sad or discouraged or grieving. One of my coach mentors used to call this, "embracing the suck". That, my friends, is step one of the process that will get you through to the other side. Reaching out to an empathetic friend or family member can really make a difference here, too. Oh, and one other important thing: Do something nice for yourself each and every day.
You are now on your way to moving forward toward your next chapter!
So, what's your best strategy for getting through the tough times? Share it below. I'd love to hear! Binge-watching TV and too much chocolate don't count!
