It's long, I know. But here's all the info on K Rock FIT classes that start next Saturday!!!!!!

**NO CLASS Saturday May 30th because of triathlon. Class is Sunday May 31st!

So ready to get this Hotworx party started! I was able to go in and see the studio and try class today, and WOW! I wish you could see how sweaty I was in the picture!😜 Today I did Hot Thunder on the water rower and Hot ISO (isometric holds) and I was dripping sweat! The best part is since it's infrared heat, it feels different. Yes I was warm and I was definitely sweating, but I never felt like I was over heating or needed to stop/ leave the sauna.
They're opening very soon and you'll be seeing me there a lot! Last chance to pay only $5 enrollment and try it a couple times before you're billed. Once they open, enrollment goes up and you only get 1 free try. Follow to see when you can go check it out this week and tell them I sent you! See you there!

💜K Rock got to do one of her most favorite things today ...DANCE! She was asked to lead a lunch time dance party at the NJ Jr Thespians Festival again, and it was SO MUCH FUN!
💜Did you know K Rock has a BA in Theater and Dance Performance and has been on stage since the age of 3?!
💜If you're having a party or get together and want someone to come lead the group in easy to follow, repetitive, dance steps, I'm your gal! (I got a little more technical with these theater kids). OR better yet, if you know of an indoor space I can use/rent to teach cardio dance classes every week, send them my way!
