In high school, this was easy for me. After multiple ankle sprains it became harder because I lacked the stability and confidence in my ankle to transfer enough force to jump. If you take the time to fix your weak links the entire chain becomes stronger.

Today I pretended to be the anchor leg in a 4x400 in the Penn relays at Franklin field. Pretty awesome to be able to go run at a historic place like this. And also on a real track.
