I had the pleasure to speak with an Amazing group of young ppl with Kidz In Da Hood Inc. (KIDH) .
Kidz In Da Hood Inc. is a Philadelphia-based 501(c)(3) founded in 2020 to strengthen young people and the families around them. Through three core programs — The Bloom Project, Kidz Corner, and First Teachers — KIDH delivers youth leadership development, community behavioral health support, and caregiver stabilization across Philadelphia.

The Bloom Project
The Bloom Project is KIDH’s youth leadership pipeline for ages 10–21. Built as a four-stage progression, it moves young people from first engagement to peer leadership to paid co-facilitation — meeting them where they are and giving them a place to grow into.
