Just A Kid LTD This foundation is for the kids and is something I am working very hard on even on my bday , heads up there will b a sports league starting next summer

These are two elementary school boys who were put in handcuffs in Troy, New York when they "fit the description" for a robbery. Notice they are in sandals.

When they realized they were wrong, the officers released the boys and joked to each other that they could still arrest them for jaywalking.

I spoke with the woman who took this photo. The criminalization of young black boys in this country is infuriating.
