HAPPY ANNIVERSARY! Today we have 30 years at the Jack Costello Boxing Club

30 Years Strong. Because of YOU.
Today marks 30 years of the Jack Costello Boxing Club. Three decades of giving kids a place to grow, learn discipline, and build confidence. Three decades of this community showing up for us time and time again.
We don’t take that support lightly. Everything we’ve built… it’s because of you.
That’s why this year’s 30th Anniversary Beef & Beer on May 2nd means a little more.
This night isn’t just a party. It’s how we keep the doors open, the lights on, and the next generation in the gym instead of on the streets.
We’re asking everyone who’s ever supported us… come out and be part of it.

👉 Tickets & Sponsorships available:
www.jackcostelloboxing.org
And as always, we’re putting together our legendary basket raffle.
We’re looking for donations of all kinds
– Baskets of cheer
– Sports tickets
– Experiences
-House Cleanings
-Gift Cards
– Even vacation packages

If you’ve ever been part of this gym, this is the one to show up for.
30 years down. Let’s build the next 30 together. 🥊

Real ones give back. 💯
The Philly Boxing Legend himself, Billy Briscoe pulled up to Jack Costello Boxing Club with his son, rising prospect Billy “El Flaco” Briscoe Jr , not just to train… but to work with the next generation.

When Billy Jr isn’t locked in preparing for his April 11 .promotions fight, he’ll be right here in the gym, a couple nights a week, helping coach the kids and putting time into the community.

This is what it’s about. Not just fighting… but building.

Make sure you come out April 11 and support one of our own. You’re gonna be hearing that name a lot more. 👀🔥

Coach makes a living as he says "punching peoole" but dont let that fool you. He also has a soft spot for the kids. Thanks to for getting to the core of who he is.

Four nights a week, Coach Ali Ellis Jr. is in this gym giving his time, his energy, and his heart to our kids. No cameras. No recognition. Hes there because he wants to give back what was given to him.

At the same time, he’s training for his own fight.

Ali is undefeated as a professional, and on April 11 at the 2300 Arena, he’s putting that record on the line with Blue Corner Promotions in a fight that means more than wins and losses.

He’s facing an opponent he lost to twice as an amateur, fighting out of this very gym.

This time is different.
Different version of Ali. Different preparation. Different purpose.

He’s not just fighting for himself. He’s fighting for this gym, these kids, and everyone who’s seen him show up night after night for others.
Now it’s our turn.

Come out and support Coach Ali the way he supports our youth every week. This one is personal. This one is for the gym. 🥊🟦☘️
April 11. 2300 Arena. Be there.

Hit up Ali directly for tickets or stop by the gym any weekday after 5pm.

Support our Coach! If you’ve ever been to the Jack Costello Boxing Club, you already know who Ali Ellis is.

Ali grew up right here.. He was a kid in the streets, dealing with the same things a lot of our kids face today. When he walked through our doors years ago, he wasn’t looking for glory. He was looking for a way out. Boxing became that way out. He listened, he worked, he changed his entire life.

Today he’s 7-0 as a professional fighter. He’s a single dad. He’s a coach who volunteers his time to train the kids in our gym. Not because he has to, but because he remembers what it felt like to be that kid who needed someone. Ali is everything this gym was built on. Hard work. Community. Second chances. Becoming better than your past.

On Saturday December 6, Ali steps into the ring at the 2300 Arena. And we want to pack that place for him.

If you support the gym, if you believe in what we do for this neighborhood, if you want the kids to see what changing your life really looks like, come out and support Ali.

Tickets are available now. Message us or or stop by the gym to grab yours. Dont buy them directly from the Arena, Ali gets credit for every ticket he sells.

Let’s show Ali the same love he shows our kids every day. Let’s make this a night he never forgets.

💙🥊

One man’s vision turned a corner gym into a community.
From the streets of Tacony to the hearts of everyone who ever laced up here —
we’re still fighting for the same cause Jack Costello believed in. 🥊

We have a great group of kids in the gym. They volunteered to help out at the Union Fights and they did an excellent job. They were on top of everything and didnt need to be babysat. We could t have asked for better help.

Unfortunately for us, had a last-minute opportunity with one of his fighters and won’t be able to commentate on Saturday But we’ve got an excellent replacement.

Not too long ago, his opponent didn’t show up for him… but on Saturday he showing up for us.

Jesse “Hard Work” Hart steps in last minute to call the action at 2300 Arena alongside Nick Anderson — the voice of Union Fights.

From the ring to the mic, Hard Work always delivers.
